The simple fact of the matter is no, earning a living as an affiliate marketer is not easy, per se. It just takes some time to build up. Any site that promises you'll be making $10,000 a month within two weeks is obviously bogus. The only people making money are the people behind that site selling a lie.
Many people find that in their first month, they may only earn a few dollars. Other people find they don't earn anything for their first or even second month. The trick, of course, is perseverance. If at first you don't succeed, try and try again. There is no "magic bullet" affiliate marketing guide that will make you an instant millionaire. At the same time, there is nothing that is actually preventing you from obtaining that magical $10,000 a month working from home. In fact, the only thing preventing you from obtaining those earnings is yourself. If you half-ass it and don't spend more than a couple hours here and there working on making money on the internet, you'll likely earn very little. By the same token, if you are dedicated and spending as much time as possible on your affiliate marketing efforts, you'll soon discover that yes, it is in fact possible to earn good money working on the internet.
When you buy into those "earn $10,000 a week" scams, you are essentially making the same mistake people did in the 1980's, back when the "make millions in real estate" scams were going on. The methods the scammers use are the same, they just do a better job now-a-days of making it seem more believable.
To put it simply, yes, you can get rich working online. No, it is neither easy nor fast. You may find something that works right away, or you may find it takes months to start seeing a noticeable income. At the end of the day, the only thing preventing you from achieving success as an affiliate marketer is yourself. You are much more capable than you think you are!
