Google adsense is quite possibly one of the most visible forms of advertising online. Literally hundreds of millions of websites display Google Adsense advertisements on their site. In this day and age, you would be silly not to, at the very least, look into what Google Adsense is, and how you can use it to earn reasonable money while working from home.
Google created Adsense to allow people selling products or services to bid on keywords, which in turn would then be displayed on websites that belong to other people. The advertisements displayed in Adsense boxes are automatically relevant to the content on the page, increasing the likelyhood of getting clicks. The trick to getting those clicks is traffic. The more traffic you have to your website, the more eyes will see those Adsense boxes. When it comes to making money with Adsense, it all comes down to traffic. If no one visits your site, no one will click the Adsense links, and you won't make any money.
Don't think or a second that you can just sit there all day clicking on the Adsense links yourself. You'll be banned from Adsense within 24 hours and any earnings in your account will be forfitted and returned to the rightful owners. The trick to making money from Adsense is to generate traffic to your website. That's it. Below are a few techniques I have used in the past, which have proven effective when it comes to generating traffic to my Google Adsense specific websites.
Youtube.
Youtube is an absolute dream for affiliate marketers. And for the most part, assuming you aren't being scummy about it, Youtube doesn't mind if you post videos that are intended to generate traffic to your website. In my travels as an affiliate marketer, I would make review videos for products that were short and concise, that featured text or voice in the video indicating "click the link in the description to read my full review of the product". You'd be amazed how much traffic this technique can generate when done well.
Social Bookmarking
When I first started out, I didn't realize the importance of social bookmarking techniques. You aren't so much bookmarking your site for other users of the social bookmarking site, you are bookmarking your site so that it gets listed in Google and Yahoo search results faster. The more "back links" you have to your website, the better it will be ranked in the search engines. When you have a good listing, you get more traffic, and thefore more eyes on your Adsense boxes.
